Bartech Group Names Chief Operating Officer.


DETROIT -- The Bartech Group, one of the nation's largest independent human capital staffing and services firms, announced the appointment of Gary W. Peck peck: see English units of measurement.  as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Peck is the former President of a $1.3 billion staffing business at Spherion. As a recognized leader in the human capital industry known for operating businesses that grew at above industry rates of revenue and profitability, and as an innovator for ideas such as Spherion's On-Premise program, Peck will be an important driver of new growth initiatives for The Bartech Group.
