Bart Faber elected Metromail Chairman.


CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 1996--Barton L. Faber, 48, has been elected chairman of Metromail Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.

As a Donnelley business unit president, Faber has had line responsibility for Metromail since March, 1995. Susan Henricks, Metromail president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , reports to Faber. In addition to electing Faber chairman, Metromail's board of directors elected Henricks to membership on the board.

Faber joined Donnelley in 1985 and became head of its corporate development group where he was instrumental in Donnelley's 1987 acquisition of Metromail. Previously, Faber was with Continental Bank, Mobil Corporation, Ramada ra·ma·da
