Wilson will serve until the Bausch & Lomb annual meeting of shareholders is held on April 29, 2003, when he will be nominated for election to a three-year term by shareholders.

Lederle Laboratories, maker of Centrum and Stresstabs vitamins, was Cyanamid's pharmaceutical division.
