Barry Rapozo, President of Tokyo Electron America, Joins Yield Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors.

Yield Dynamics, Inc. announced today that Barry Rapozo has joined the company's Board of Directors.

Rapozo has been a senior sales and marketing executive in the semiconductor industry for over 32 years. He has been President of Tokyo Electron America (TEA), the American subsidiary of Tokyo Electron Ltd. (TEL), since 1997. He came to TEA from KLA Instruments Corp. (Nasdaq:KLAC) where he held several senior management positions over a fourteen-year career, including Vice President, International Operations, and General Manager of the SemSpec Division.

Prior to joining KLA, Mr. Rapozo held various other senior positions with TRE Semiconductor, Eaton Semiconductor, and GCA Corporation. Over the years, he has been an active member in SEMI, serving on various committees to promote better global trade relationships.
