Barry Nathanson Elected to Global Broadband Inc.'s Board of Directors.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2001

Global Broadband, Inc., a facilities-based, Metropolitan Integrated Optical Network Carrier ("MIONC"), announced that Barry Nathanson, Ph.D, was unanimously elected to the Company's Board of Directors. The appointment is effective immediately.

Nathanson is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Barry Nathanson & Associates, an executive search firm he founded 1989. From 1971 to 1987, he was President of Richards Consultants, a firm he grew to the tenth largest executive search firm in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  with offices in six major cities. He sold it to Blue Arrow ÓÀ:For a push-pull train model in China railway, see DJJ1. Blue Arrow is a British employment and recruitment agency.

In 1987 the company was the centre of a financial scandal when employees of NatWest's investment arm, County NatWest, covered up a failed issue of
 PLC for $29 million in 1987.
