These prestigious awards, which are given for exemplary service to the business community, will be presented at a luncheon on Monday, October 19, 1998 at noon in the Empire State Ballroom of The Grand Hyatt.

Last year's honorees, Arnold A. Gruber of Marks Shron and Company, LLP, and Mark C. Wheeler, Jr. of Fleet Bank, National Association, are the luncheon's chairs.

Among other business involvements he is Vice Chairman of National Telecommunications, Inc., the country's largest privately owned long distance carrier, as well as President of Charter Realty, a real estate investment company which owns Manhattan high rise residential properties. Mr. Stuchin has been a guest lecturer on non-traditional factoring and finance at Yale and at the Entrepreneurial Studies Program at the Business Schools of both Columbia and NYU NYU New York University
