Build-A-Bear Workshop Build-A-Bear Workshop (NYSE: BBW) is an American retailer that sells customizable teddy bears and other stuffed animals. In his position as Chief Operating Officer Bear Barry will be responsible for Finance, Bear and Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees. , IT, Allocation and Planning, Distribution and Logistics as well as International Operations. Founder and Chief Executive Bear Maxine Clark will handle all Merchandising, Marketing, Licensing and Store operations.
