Barry Callebaut's new Products.Barry Barry, Welsh Barri, town (1991 pop. 45,053) and port, Vale of Glamorgan, S Wales, on the Bristol Channel. Callebaut Callebaut is a Belgian company and a major producer of chocolate for consumers and for professional chocolatiers. As of 1996 it is a part of the Swiss company Barry Callebaut. Chocolate Mousse Powder was demonstrated as an 'instant' dessert with a 70% real Callebaut chocolate content, which can be used as it is or can be incorporated within other confections and desserts such as gateaux, profiteroles, pancakes and even milkshakes. Creme n. 1. Cream; - a term used esp. in cookery, names of liqueurs, etc. [grave{a}] la Carte was launched this year and also demonstrated on the stand. This blend of white chocolate white chocolate n. Cocoa butter combined with milk and a sweetener, often flavored with vanilla. Noun 1. white chocolate , fresh cream and alcohol is available in five flavours and can be used in a number of ways. Unusually, it has a shelf-life of 12 months. |
