Barry Briggs Joins The Jackson Hole Group LLC.

Internet Leader Becomes Partner at Fast Growing Executive-Level Consultancy

SAN FRANCISCO -- The Jackson Hole Group LLC ("JHG") announced today that Barry Briggs has joined the firm as a Principal. Mr. Briggs joins JHG after a distinguished 28 year career in corporate executive management with a specific focus on technology and media. Most recently Mr. Briggs was the President and COO of CNET Networks Inc., a global interactive media company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At CNET Networks he architected and directed the convergence of several different internet media companies such as ZDNET, mySimon, GamesSpot, Tech Republic and namesake CNET into a cohesive operating company that produced fast-growing revenues, profitability and industry prominence. Prior corporate experience includes positions as President of ZDNet, the interactive division of Ziff Davis Inc, and a 15-year career with Time Inc., with a specific focus on Sports Illustrated and Time magazines.

Mr. Briggs served on the executive committee of the Online Publisher's Association (OPA), and the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). He currently serves on the Board of Kiptronic.
