Barrow boys steal the march on Bucks.

AFC Telford manager Rob Smith admits his side face an uphill task to claw back a 2-0 deficit against Barrow in Sunday's return leg of their Blue Square North play-off clash.

Smith expects anything up to a 6,000-strong crowd cramming into the New Bucks Head, which would turn it into a cauldron.

But he remains under no illusions and said: "Even a 1-0 defeat would have been a good result for us. But 2-0 was a bit of a killer. The annoying thing was the game at Barrow looked a 0-0 banker. We were very comfortable and the game was going to plan, then two mistakes let them in.

"It's going to be tough.

They've kept 13 clean sheets in their past 20 matches." Skipper Stuart Whitehead, who injured his hamstring at Barrow, is unlikely to recover in time, so Jimmy Turner is likely to line-up in central defence with Lee Vaughan drafted into the side.
