Barron's Names Morningstar.com One of Best Web Sites for Investors.

Morningstar.com, one of the leading investment information Web sites, has been selected as one of the top 10 Web sites for investors by Barron's, the Dow Jones Dow Jones

In its October 23, 2000 issue, Barron's says Morningstar.com "isn't just for mutual funds anymore." In addition to highlighting its stock coverage, the publication also comments on the site's new Investing Classroom, ClearFuture 401(k) advice service, Portfolio X-Rays, among other features.

Morningstar is also an important information provider for three of the other Web sites listed in the top five. Quicken, Yahoo! Finance and AOL (A division of Time Warner, Inc., New York, NY, www.aol.com) The world's largest online information service with access to the Internet, e-mail, chat rooms and a variety of databases and services.  all use Morningstar data and information on their sites.

Barron's looks at ease of use, depth and usefulness of data, editorial content, tools and interactivity and timeliness in judging its top 10.
