WHO:     The 4th Annual Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Collector Car Event


WHAT:    Spectacular cars and sizzling celebrities will once again
         take center stage at this three-day, world-famous event.
         Featuring nearly 500 of the world's finest examples of
         collector and special interest automobiles, all to be
         auctioned off at no reserve, the event also includes an
         automobilia auction of one-of-a-kind automotive collectibles,
         17 hours of auction coverage on the SPEED Channel and more
         than 100 exhibitors. Last year's event attracted 50,000
         people and generated sales in excess of $22 million, doubling
         the sales in 2004.

TICKETS: General Admission: One-day ticket $15, Three-day ticket $40
         Senior, child, military and student discounts are offered.
         Servicemen and women in uniform with proper identification
         will get in free. Tickets are available until March 28 at a
         discounted price of $10 per day at www.barrett-jackson.com.


PARKING: Reserved parking is available for auction participants.
         General admission parking is available at the fairgrounds.


BIDDERS: A bidder's package is available for $200(b). Includes a
         three-day credential for bidder and guest, two invitations to
         the Opening Night Gala, parking pass, auction catalog, access
         to bidder seating and hosted bidder's bar.  ((b)Completion of
