Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. announced that Barr Pharmaceuticals Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (NYSE: [http://www.nyse.com/about/listed/lcddata.html?ticker=BRL BRL]) is global specialty pharmaceutical company that operates in more than 30 countries worldwide and is engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of generic and  has appointed the company to market Barr's 90,000 s/f administrative headquarters at 400 Chestnut Ridge Road in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., for sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner. .
