Barney's Co-op goes West.The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, Vice Chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, Managing Director, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. represented the landlord in leasing the retail space at 2139-2157 Broadway, between 75th and 76th Streets, to Barney's Co-Op for its first ever Upper West Side store. The 20-year lease is for approximately 10,000 square feet on two levels and features an impressive 75 feet of street frontage.
