Barnes Group declares regular quarterly dividend; Annual rate up 10 percent over 1994.

BRISTOL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1995--Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE:B) today declared a regular cash dividend of 40 cents per share on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 1995, payable Dec. 8, 1995, to stockholders of record Nov. 30, 1995.

The company had 6,590,822 shares outstanding as of the date of declaration.

The total annual dividend for 1995 will be $1.60 per share, up 10 percent over the annual dividend of $1.45 in 1994.
