: B) today announced that Donald W. Griffin, 64, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Olin Corporation, has been elected to Barnes Group's Board of Directors. The election, which brings the Board membership to nine, was made effective at today's regularly scheduled Board meeting.
