: B) today delivered a notice to holders of its 3.75% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2025 to the effect that, for at least 20 trading days In Business, the trading day is the time span that a particular stock exchange is open. For example, the New York Stock Exchange is, as of 2006, open from 09:30AM to 4:00PM. Trading days never take place on weekends.  during the 30 consecutive trading days preceding September 28, 2007, the closing price of the Company's common stock was greater than or equal to 130% of the conversion price of such notes on such last trading day Last Trading Day

The final day that a futures or options contract may trade or be closed out before delivery of the underlying asset must occur.

If the buying and selling parties do not arrange an alternate agreement, the physical commodity must be delivered from
