Barnes Group Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend.

BRISTOL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2003

The Board of Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents ($0.20) per share. The dividend will be payable March 11, 2003, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2003.

Barnes Group Inc. and its predecessor companies have paid cash dividends to shareholders on a continuous basis since 1934.
