: B) today announced that Terry M. Murphy, senior vice president and chief financial officer resigned to pursue other professional opportunities.

Murphy joined Barnes Group Inc. in 1997 as senior vice president, chief financial officer. "Until a successor can be identified, Francis C. Boyle, Jr., vice president, controller, will be acting chief financial officer," said Carpenter.
