 ("Barker Capital") announced today that the firm has advised Barrington Broadcasting Barrington Broadcasting Company, LLC (best known as Barrington Broadcasting), headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois is an entity wholly focused on broadcast television. The company's assets mainly consist of television stations in middle and small sized markets.  Company ("Barrington") on a transaction involving the acquisition of WHOI-TV and KHQA-TV from Chelsey Broadcast Corporation. WHOI-TV is the ABC ABC
 in full American Broadcasting Co.

Major U.S. television network. It began when the expanding national radio network NBC split into the separate Red and Blue networks in 1928.
 affiliate in Peoria, Illinois. KHQA is the CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  affiliate in Quincy, Illinois; Hannibal, Missouri, and Keokuk, Iowa. The transaction also includes WBPE-TV, which is the WB100+ affiliate in Peoria.
