Barfield's implementation of Movex MRO's financial, manufacturing, purchasing, distribution and customer support applications will commence immediately and is expected to take just under a year. The enterprise system will run on an IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  iSeries Server and, when fully implemented using Intentia's Implex methodology, will serve 120 to 150 users.
