Bard Interventional Products Enters Into Exclusive Agreement With Olympus Japan Co., Ltd.

C. R. Bard C. R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) is one of the large S&P 500 companies of the United States, a surgical specialties and hospital medical device manufacturer in Murray Hill, New Jersey. It is named after its founder, who sold the company within only a few years of its founding. , Inc. (NYSE-BCR) today announced it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Olympus Japan Co., Ltd. for the Japanese distribution of Bard's disposable gastrointestinal and endoscopic accessories for gastroenterological procedures. The Bard products will be available immediately through Olympus Japan, a subsidiary of Japan-based Olympus Optical Co. Ltd., and will be manufactured by Bard's Interventional Products division, based in Billerica, MA.
