Since a significant percentage of Barclays' clientele own or rent properties in Palm Beach and in Manhattan, the new office marks a logical next step for the company to accommodate this growing trend.

"The synergy between luxury properties in Palm Beach and Manhattan continues to surge upwards. The same Manhattan-area residents who populate the Hamptons during the summer come to Palm Beach during the colder months.
