 has decided to retire from his role as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. David Semaya, a senior executive who is currently President and CEO of BGI Japan Trust and Banking Co., Ltd., will replace Nigel Williams in this role. Mr. Williams has had a successful career during his 14 years with BGI, and will be actively assisting David Semaya in an orderly transition of responsibilities next year. Mr. Semaya will begin the new role in April 2007. Ross Hikida, currently Chief Investment Officer for BGI Japan, was named as the successor to Mr. Semaya in Japan, and will transition to the CEO position in early 2007.
