Barbara Yastine Joins Symphony Services' Board of Directors; Yastine Comes to Symphony Services with 23 Years of Financial Leadership Experience Gained from Top Global Financial Services Firms.

, Calif. -- Symphony Services, a global provider of collaborative, full lifecycle outsourcing solutions for commercial-grade software, product engineering and analytic processes, today announced the appointment of Barbara Yastine to Symphony Services' Board of Directors. She comes to Symphony with substantial financial, executive and leadership experience from global institutions such as Citigroup and Credit Suisse The Credit Suisse Group (SWX:CSGN, NYSE: CS) is a financial services company, headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland. It is the second-largest Swiss bank, behind UBS AG.  Group. In this new role, Barbara will be chairing Symphony Services' audit committee as well as fulfilling her obligations as an independent board member.

In her role as the Chair of the audit committee, Barbara will lead the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to the integrity of Symphony's financial statements and internal controls, the engagement of its external auditors and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

) and was a member of Citigroup's Management Committee and the GCIB operating committee. In addition to her professional duties, Barbara also chairs the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Phoenix House, the nation's leading provider of drug and alcohol abuse treatment and prevention services operating more than one hundred programs in nine states.
