* Sim & Park LLP, a law firm that provides commercial and corporate services throughout New York and New Jersey, signed a five-year lease for 1,362 s/f as the company expands its services. The tenant now occupies 4,524 s/f of office space.

* Hunter, Keith, Marshall & Company, an investment banking firm, was joined in its current space by Teximp International, Ltd., an international trading company specializing in technically sophisticated products and expert consultancy. The tenants jointly signed a three-year lease for 1,758 s/f. Marc Horowitz of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenants in the transaction.

* Sita World Travel, Inc., one of North America's most reputable travel agencies, signed a three-year lease for 1,676 s/f. Roy Sam of Okada & Company represented the tenant in the transaction.
