Prior to joining CHOICE in 2002, Dolson was a national account executive for Concentra, FOCUS Healthcare Management. She has more than 13 years' experience in the health insurance, managed care and workers' compensation industries and started her career at The Travelers Insurance Company.

Dolson holds a master's degree in business administration from Emory University in Atlanta, where she also earned her bachelor's degree.
