Barbara Cambon, Institutional Real Estate Advisor; Jonathan Grunzweig, Former Skadden Arps Partner Join Colony Capital as Principals.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 2, 1999--

Colony Capital, Inc., a private, international real estate investment firm, announced today it had named two executives as Principals at the firm: Barbara Cambon, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Ms. Cambon, 45, has been actively involved in pension real estate consulting for 19 years and started her consulting practice in 1983. At IPC, she oversaw the strategic development, implementation and monitoring of all client investment activities. Ms. Cambon developed the IPC database and directed the development of the IPC Portfolio Index, a nationally recognized benchmark for institutional real estate portfolio investment performance.
