BALTIMORE -- Miami Area Second in State To Use Unique Monitoring System

VISICU, Inc. announces that their eICU(R) solution will be implemented in hospital ICUs at Baptist Health South Florida (Coral Gables Coral Gables, city (1990 pop. 40,091), Miami-Dade co., SE Fla., SW of Miami; inc. 1925. Founded at the height of the Florida land boom, Coral Gables is a noted planned city, with tree-lined boulevards and Mediterranean-style buildings. , FL) later this year. It is a commercial and retail center for neighboring Coral Gables.  Hospital. Ultimately, ICU beds at Homestead, Mariners and Doctors Hospitals will be monitored by the eICU system as well, including the West Kendall Hospital currently under construction.
