Revenues for the quarter ending June 30, 1999, Banyan generated revenues of $33,304, down 20% from the same period a year ago. The net loss for the period was ($91,911), or ($0.01) a share, which was an increase of 43% over the same period a year ago. Gross margins improved significantly from 36% to 66%.

For the six months, Banyan generated revenues of $64,341, down 36% from the same period a year ago. The net loss for the six months was ($160,895), or ($0.02) a share, which represented a decrease of 3% over the same period a year ago. Gross margins for the period improved from 22% to 61%.

Cameron Yost, Banyan's president and chief executive officer, stated, "While we are disappointed with our earnings results for the periods reported, we have been focusing more of our efforts on building and expanding our product offerings.

"Recently we have announced two acquisitions which will provide Banyan with a broad and diverse product lineup A criminal investigation technique in which the police arrange a number of individuals in a row before a witness to a crime and ask the witness to identify which, if any, of the individuals committed the crime.  that will appeal to any customer, whether they are a business or a consumer. With these new products and some new personnel we are adding, we are very confident and excited about the direction the Company is moving in.
