Banyan Announces S.E.C. Approval.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2000

Banyan Corporation (NQB Pinks:BANY) announces that the Company has received notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission that its Form 10SB filing has been accepted without further comments.

Although Banyan Corporation has been operating as a fully reporting company since it first filed Form 10SB in May of 1999, it has been in the "comment period" until receiving this approval from the S.E.C. Banyan is now poised to proceed with listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Mr. Lawrence Stanley, President and CEO of the Company, stated: "I am very pleased that this long and difficult process has been completed. Banyan Corporation will now proceed to be listed on the OTC Bulletin Board as soon as practical.
