Banter Announces New Vice President, Research & Development; Industry Veteran Joins Banter's R & D Division in Israel.

Banter, a provider of online customer care applications and intelligent communication technologies, today announced that Yossi Barak has joined the management team as Vice President, Research and Development.

Yossi comes to Banter after more than sixteen years of technology experience in software development and management. Most recently, he was the Managing Director/General Manager of Ubique Ltd., a Lotus company that develops the leading real-time collaboration product. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Octel Communications Israel, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies.
