In this capacity she will be responsible for strategic quality system initiatives and programs worldwide including the integration of supplier quality systems, new product introduction, quality measures, warranty and training. Dr. Banks will work with ARMC worldwide quality leaders and general managers to assist them in achieving consistently higher levels of excellence in their businesses and to achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. Dr. Banks has an extensive background in quality systems and education. Prior to joining Arvin she consulted for major U.S. companies, including Arvin. She was selected to the Wisconsin Board of Examiners to develop and implement the State's first Quality Award for business and industry. She was employed by Cummins Engine Company for 14 years in Columbus, IN, in a variety of quality roles. For 10 years she was in public education at the secondary & post secondary levels developing technical education programs and policies at local, state and national levels.
