Among the largest transactions at Tower 56 was Behrman Capital's 8,502 s/f renewal on the 26th and 27th floors. Investment firm, The Glenrock Group, signed a new lease for 5,696 s/f. Brian Goldman of Newmark Knight Frank arranged both the Behrman and Glenrock transactions on behalf of the tenants. And, Orlane, Inc., the U.S. headquarters of the luxury skincare brand, committed to approximately 1,200 s/f of office space on the 4th floor in a deal arranged by Bill Berkis of USI Real Estate Advisors.
