Bankruptcy Court Issues Ruling on Pittsburgh Corning Reorganization Plan.


PITTSBURGH -- The United States Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted.
