Bankrate Announces Conference Call to Discuss Record 2002 & 4th Quarter Results on February 5 at 11 A.M.; Results Expected to Exceed Previous Guidance.

Bankrate, Inc. (Nasdaq:RATE), the Internet's leading consumer banking marketplace, today announced that it plans to hold a conference call on Wednesday, February 5, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Company will discuss its record 2002 year-end and fourth quarter results, which it expects will exceed previous guidance for 2002. A press release on the results will be issued before the market opens on February 5.
