THE Government yesterday set out a pounds 135m action plan to boost financial inclusion.

The Treasury said its aim was for everyone to have access to the financial system, such as a bank account, in order to manage their finances by 2008/2011.

The initiative includes pounds 12mto fund dedicated staff to promote financial inclusion in local communities, with a particular focus on encouraging low income households to take out home insurance in areas at risk of flooding Refers to various denial-of-service techniques that saturate a critical resource, leading either to system failure or to the exclusion of legitimate access. See e-mail bombing, Fraggle attack, smurf attack and SYN-flood attack. .

There will also be pounds 76mto fund free face-to-face money advice.
