McMullen also has responsibility for the company's affiliate banks' bond portfolios.

McMullen is a graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee. He is a trustee for the State of Wisconsin's Investment Board and a director of Bellin Hospital, Green Bay, and a member of Bellin's Healthcare Performance Committee.
