Bankers. (Announcements).Bruce W. Williams has been named CEO of HomeStreet Bank in Seattle, and Joan Enticknap has taken over Williams' former duties as president and chief operating officer. Williams, the third-generation representative of his family to serve as CEO, follows his father and grandfather in that position. Enticknap comes to HomeStreet after 23 years with Bank of America, where she was executive vice president with responsibility for commercial banking operations in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Williams succeeds former CEO Richard S. Swanson, who remains chairman. Robert M. Rogers was named president and chief operating officer of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp., parent company of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Gladstone, N.J. Craig C. Spengeman was appointed president and chief investment office of PGB Trust & Investments, the corporation's financial services division. Arthur F. Birmingham was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of the corporation. Barry J. Essig, president and CEO of Spectrum Financial Corp. of West Palm Beach, Fla., a specialized financial services company, will remain in his positions after the corporation's acquisition by Crestmark Bank of Troy, Mich. |
