Bankers sign 10-year Third Ave. lease.

The not-for-profit organization, which supplies member banks with cost saving products and services, plans to move from 200 Park Avenue to 655 Third Avenue in March.

According to Mr. Bow, The Durst Organization is providing CBA with a turnkey installation. "The fact that the tenant will be moving into newly-designed space played a significant role in its decision-making process," he says.

Asking rents at 655 Third Avenue are between $39 to $44 per square foot.

Mr. Bow and Eric Engelhardt, assistant vice president for leasing, represented The Durst Organization. Marvin Rosenthal and Paul Muratore of CBRE CBRE CB Richard Ellis (real-estate firm)
