The Web-enabled call center applications from SEEC will improve the productivity of CSRs, reduce training time, and allow Bankers to provide higher levels of customer service in its call center operations. Bankers plans to expand its use of SEEC Mosaic(TM) to build simplified front ends to legacy systems across all departments and functions.
