Training costs and time also will be reduced, and new staff will get up to speed almost immediately, ensuring that policyholders get the same high level of customer service they've always expected from Bankers."

Bankers Life and Casualty Company is currently transitioning its call center operations to an optimal mix of offshore and domestic call center providers. SEEC Mosaic(TM) will help ensure a seamless migration. Bankers is deploying the new Web-based call center application this month.
