Banker's Toolbox Strengthens Business with Addition of Four Members; Multi-Level Additions Add More Than 57 Years in Senior Level Client Services, Product Management, and BSA Compliance.

LOS ANGELES -- Banker's Toolbox, Inc., a provider of enterprise software solutions designed to increase operational efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction and enhance internal controls for community and regional banks, announced the addition of Jan Neil as a Relationship Manager and Tom Czerny as Chief Development Officer. Joining the team of specialists are Terry Jones and Maleka Ali, as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-money Laundering Specialists.

Bringing more than 11 years of experience in senior level client services, Neil will act as an advocate and liaison for Banker's Toolbox customers through her role as Primary Point Of Escalation (PPOE). Through her previous work at Harland Financial Services, Neil offers extensive experience in high-level escalations for host and communication issues.

Tom Czerny brings more than 15 years of banking industry expertise to Banker's Toolbox. He is responsible for overseeing on-going product strategy and product definition. Czerny will help customers optimize banking operations based on market research and industry needs.

Terry Jones will contribute high-level skill through more than six years of experience as BSA department manager and AML certification. Jones will provide training for Banker's Toolbox products and best practices sessions on industry standards.

Maleka Ali brings more than 25 years of bank operations and BSA compliance experience to her position as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-money Laundering Specialist. She previously served as the BSA and operations officer for First Century Bank, where she gained a comprehensive knowledge of Banker's Toolbox' Bank Secrecy Act anti-money laundering management system, BAM. Ali is a certified AML specialist, and will be providing advanced user training for customers.
