) reported that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $.32 per share on the Corporation's common stock. The cash dividend is payable Aug. 27, 1999 to stockholders of record on Aug. 2, 1999.

BankBoston (NYSE:BKB), with assets of $77.6 billion and some 25,000 employees, is the nation's oldest commercial bank and New England's only global bank.
