Bank taps C&W to manage portfolio.


Wachovia Bank N.A. has retained Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. to manage its Atlantic Regional portfolio, announced Don Cook, managing director. The portfolio includes 30 office and data center locations totaling 3.2 million square feet throughout the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tri-state area There are a number of places in the United States known as tri-state areas where three states or holdings meet at one point (a tripoint), or in proximity to each other. The two most well-known are for the New York and Chicago metropolitan areas. .
