 Greenwich Capital was named Bank of the Year.

The bank has had a stellar year, winning high-profile lending assignments, completing the largest conduit deal in several years and forming a new securitization program with partner Goldman Sachs.

 was selected as the 2004 Partnership of the Year while Deutsche Bank's $1.4 billion loan on the General Motors Building in New York was selected as Deal of the Year.

This is Deutsche Bank's second consecutive Deal of the Year title. Last year, the bank was cited for a securitization completed for Strategic Hotel Properties.

See IXP and NAP.  was named Innovator of the Year while European Deal of the Year honors went to Morgan Stanley's ELoC-17 transaction.

CW Capital was selected as Rookie of the Year Rookie of the Year may refer to:
  • Rookie of the Year (award), a sports award for the most outstanding rookie in a given season
  • Rookie of the Year (film), a 1993 starring Thomas Ian Nicholas
  • Rookie of the Year (album) by rapper Ya Boy
 based on its strong growth over the past 12 months.
