The closing of the transaction will be followed by conversion of Bank of the Southwest's data processing data processing or information processing, operations (e.g., handling, merging, sorting, and computing) performed upon data in accordance with strictly defined procedures, such as recording and summarizing the financial transactions of a  systems to those of Heartland, currently planned for June 9, 2006. At the same time, all external and internal signs, forms and documents will be changed over to reflect the Arizona Bank & Trust identity.
