: BKWW) announced today that it posted net income of $253,589, or $0.18 per diluted share, for the three months ending June 30, 2003.

Net income for the second quarter of 2003 increased 41 percent over the net income for the second quarter of 2002. Net income for the first six months of 2003 was $503,640, an increase of 57 percent over the net income for the first six months of 2002.

Total assets grew by one percent from $112.8 million at December 31, 2002 to $113.6 million at June 30, 2003. Net loans outstanding rose four percent during the same period from $86.3 million to $89.6 million, while deposits totaled $104.1 million at June 30, 2003, which represents a negligible increase over year-end deposits of $103.9 million.
