Bank of Boston arranges and underwrites $556 million WCI acquisition; Engineers largest private real estate transaction in bank's history.


BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1995--Bank of Boston Corp. today announced the completion of a structured debt financing Debt Financing
