Bank expands real estate team.

Calyon Americas, the corporate and investment bank of the Credit Agricole Group in New York, announced major personnel additions to its Real Estate Financing team, including the appointment of John A. Wain as Managing Director and head of the group.

Mr. Wain previously was a Senior Vice President at Bayerische Landesbank in New York. He will report to Oliver Audemard, Managing Director and head of the Specialized Industries division of Calyon in New York.

Joining Mr. Wain at Calyon Americas' Real Estate Financing group are Paul T. Ragusin and Daniel J. Reddy, both of whom were named Directors. They were previously Vice Presidents in Bayerische Landesbank Mr. Wain succeeds Jim Fitzgerald, who resigned in June. In addition, Calyon Americas reported that it has added two Directors in the Real Estate Financing Group to increase its presence on the West Coast. David P. Messing, was named West Coast Regional Manager and Michael J. VanderLey was appointed a Director; both were previously with Edgehill Capital Partners. Mr. Messing and Mr. VanderLey are located in Los Angeles, and report to the New York Real Estate Financing group.
