, Inc. announced that National Cooperative Bank The National Consumer Cooperative Bank (NCCB) was created and chartered by the National Consumer Cooperative Bank Act (92 Stat. 499, 12 U.S.C.A. 3001), enacted on August 20, 1978. The bank is directed by the act to encourage the development of new and existing cooperatives.  (NCB (Network Control Block) A packet structure used by the NetBIOS communications protocol. ) has signed a 12-year lease for 9,746 square feet on the 9th floor of 250 Park Avenue, representing 70 percent growth relative to NCB's previous space in the building.

NCB will be relocating from one side of the 9th floor to the other.

David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director; Robert L. Billingsley, Vice Chairman; and Wendy Miller, Managing Director, all of Colliers ABR represented the landlord in the transaction. Michael Norris, Managing Director, Colliers ABR, represented NCB.

"We are very pleased our tenants continue to renew and expand at 250 Park Avenue. Since building new space across the hall is as complicated for a tenant as building new space in another building, this deal reaffirms that 250 Park Avenue is an attractive place to do business," said David Hoffman. "We are delighted NCB chose to remain in the building and that we were able to develop adequate growth space for them."

The lease was one component of multiple recently completed transactions at 250 Park Avenue including two early lease terminations, the expansion and renewal of Wolf Block and the relocation of the building office.
